You should take ur work to the next level and maybe ink the lines and/or color. I think u can make some pretty pictures!
btw i wouldnt have noticed and absense of ears XD
But if I didnt have ears myself, then u couldnt tell me she lacks ears because I can't hear due to the fact I lack ears...

LOL u can try and ul suprise urslef how good u can be! Micron pens are most people's favorites, so try to use those. What you could do is u can ink ur sketch by tracing it on another piece of paper ^^

to be honest, the lips dont bother me at all. It's the shape of her head! Angular is good, so keep with that idea, but make it even on both sides

I like her. Good detail. I also agree that she is a bit un-centered, but tip the hair and she would look like she were tilting her head. Over all YAY!!!
