Β I was just messing around in photoshop and figured out that doing all shading and textures first, and adding color in a lower layer is pretty useful. Overall, this probably took 15 ish hours. (it shouldn't have taken that long...) How I made this was I thought: "What am I trying to draw? What is the character made of? What are the surroundings made of? After figuring that crap out, all you need to do is simply understand and replicate the physical properties and textures of the preferred materials!!! (which basically means: look at it. Is it bumpy? Soft? Shiny? Are there any patterns?) Then i used the magical tools of photoshop to make it look more cinematic (lighting, color tone, other crap)
That being said, my "advice" probably isn't very good on it's own, because I'm literally only 4 months into this. I learned that to draw quickly and efficiently, you have to have other drawing skills. I'M STILL LEARNING THESE.

This is a very good picture of Nightmare Bonnie! The only thing I could critique you on is it being a little bit too dark to see all of the details you included. But that's all really~
