(late reply is late* I really am sorry for the late reply. My life has been unexpectedly busy. That being said, I definitely appreciate this! It looks cool and I love the pose and expression you chose for him. It definitely matches him well!
He looks so done and so does his little ghost form, I love that! You captured his typical expression and I really cannot say how happy that makes me!

Your critique, as promised!
I've only watched Undertale, and I've never played it. Why? Because my computer tends to crash when it plays games, and even if it didn't, I'm terrible when using a keyboard. I was born a console gamer and I'll die one. Not that I object to keyboard games.
I have mixed feelings on this. Sans does look decent in this. I like his long coat, especially. Also, the best details are on his face. You've combined the traditional skull of the skeleton with the cartoonish look of Undertale to make his face look cynical and snarky, just the way he is in the game. I like that.
But there are some definite things to be critical about in this. For one thing, this whole style of art resembles MLP's style of art. The legs of his pants don't have any depth or perspective, nor do his elbows and arms. He looks completely flat on the screen. True, that sort of works for his skull, but the rest of the body looks entirely two dimensional. In fact, was this intentionally done in MLP style? That's something you may want to avoid.
Overall, this is sort of troubling. I can't say I'd add it to my list, but it's decent. You've got the skills. You just need a little bit of work, and this could be phenomenal! Not bad. Over and out.
