"Cecelia Blips" When Mort Walker passed away in 2018, a bunch of other military cartoonists I know put together a collection of their characters, done as Beetle Bailey style characters, for a tribute. This was my contribution, changing my character "Cecelia Glass" to "Cecelia Blips", aka "Miss Blips" from the comic strip.
