Apologies for the lack of SOTW; largely due to IRL problems and having no free time.

So before we move on, here's what would have been in the last 2 SOTW's.
1: The Red Wave that never was.
2: Sonic Frontiers.
3: God of War: Ragnaroc.
4: Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.
5: Zaslav says the dumbest things.
6: Climate repreations (what could possibly go wrong?)

Maybe I'll put those in November's MR. We'll see, but now onto this week.

"Yuji Naka's going to jail!"
I believe it's fair to say Yuji Naka is Sega's (or should that be Square-Enix) equivilent of Capcom's Keiji Inafune. Both were falsely credited as the creator of a mascot character, left their companies due to both men having planet sized egos and ultimately produced a career destroying title that BADLY homaged some of their biggest creations.

The key difference now is that Naka-san is going to jail, while Inafune is probably still working on that 3DS port of Mighty No 9 (sarcasm).

Next.

"Phase 4 of the MCU is finally over."
One term I refuse to say is "M-She-U" because I find it just perpetuates the stereotype that all of the MCU's critics are overweight neckbeards who probably say: "EWWWWW, GIRLS!!!" and honestly, it's just a lazy name that required no thought at all. I already have the perfect title for Phase 4 - "Shit." Simple honest language that gets the point across without looking like a chauvinistic cunt.

We're suppose to challenge stereotypes, NOT reinforce them!

But anyway, Shit is finally over and that means Disney and her shills need to find something else to moo about until the eventual release of More Shit. Not that it really set the world on fire with its bland content, did it? A phase that gave us such memorable entries like Dies in Endgame, Chinese Pandering, the Unimportants, Discount-Joker, a Steamed Hams reference, Wonderbra, Captain Falcon and the Redhood, Egypt-Man, Jersey-Girl, Hawkeyes, Babbies: The Movie, Loathe and Blunder, Twerkzilla, Werewolf Man, Nah-Mor stories to tell and finally - a somewhat decent Spider-Man movie.

Imagine this. With the exception of No Way Home, Multiverse of Madness, Loki and What-If, we rip up Phase 4. Then, we take Deadpool 3, Fantastic Four and the next Avengers movie. Combine it all together and call that "Phase 4" which is released in 2024. Giving the MCU a much needed 4 year break.

I know Disney would never do that. But hey, just a girl with a dream.

And finally.

"Pokemon: Scarlet & Violet was released."
Now, if you'll excuse me, I need to decide between a pepper croc, a leaf cat, or a JoJo reference.
