Really? If you look at a lot of 60s art, they took bits of organic-looking curlicues, embellishments, from the Art Nouveau period. It was during late 1890s up to the late 1910s. Basically 20 years of glorious, bedazzled beauty in everything. I love it, it's such a selfish time period, yet produced some of the most famous and glorious paintings, architecture, and furniture the world had ever seen.
