This here is probably my FIRST animated drawin in the ATS series (calm down, it's just TV static >3>)Anywho, this is based on a Rugrats theory that I had read earlier and decided to do a ATS on it!
....I don't feel like saying what the theory was, look it up, it's intense... sorta.... but it's an interesting way of lookin at the series .3. very interesting

love the show, sorta hate the theory, even though I did a story based on it, and gave it a happy ending.

Basically, it's kinda just referencin that it's from a tv show (obviously) but given the theory is that she's gone mad and sees dead babies, it's a static filled television. I really wish I could remember why I drew a TV for her head :I sorry if it doesn't explain much

It's not real though, it is just that, a theory. I remember when I first saw the theory two years ago on tumblr. Blew my mind. lol.
