I just realized, Outside of Elder Scrolls Online's Character creation, there is no way to see some nice hipped girls without mods!

AT FIRST, I thought this, but there may be major improvements to the character creator, as some of the weapons look like they got a bit of a facelift from Fallout 4, so we shall see.

We'll see if #Bethesda goes through with that or not, I hope there will be an offline mode, but if I understood Todd's words correctly, when he spoke to Geoff Keighley, it may be that "ghost" players, or clones, of real life players fight you if you put on certain settings, and not ACTUAL players, such as in Monster Hunter World when "clone" Feylenes that belong to real players appear to aid you on the quest if you have met them before, as he said "I want the NPCS to be real life people" this seems more like, than for Bethesda to force people into online pvp battles, and I believe people are panicking over nothing, but perhaps he doesn't want to say that yet because you know how companies like to steal from each other. This also might be why on the guide wheel there was a "trade" option, so you can buy and sell from real life players even if they are away or offline, if you met them before.
I think this is more apt for Todd, but I, of course, could be wrong, this is my thought on it, based on his careful wording.
