Coryn is a male Barn Owl, or Tyto alba, formerly known as Nyroc, and was born on a lunar eclipse as the son of Kludd and Nyra, leaders of the Pure Ones.---
Coryn is design-wise the same as always, including his scar. But theres still something different. He has his mothers (movie) eyes, a piercing blue color with some amber around the pupil.

I like this. His face looks very tired and somewhat serious, and it looks amazing.
because of this i'm thinking of reading the two books where Nyroc is introduced again, while reading Nyroc/Coryn in a different way.
