My second GIMP project. I think I'm getting better. Tried two different styles with the value painting on this one. I think I like the more rough version on the left but I'd love to hear everyone elses opinions. Step by step pictures up on my blog at [link]Related content

once again, the coloring is really bringing out the image. Great job! I particularly like how the top one almost looks camoflauged.
My only critique is that the foreshortening on the lower ship looks off. The angle on the front and back of the ship is different, making it look twisted. Otherwise, I like the designs.

Thanks, ya I drew these a while back at SCAD, there are a lot of drawing issues with them. Though I had not noticed that one [Thanks!]. I'm going to be doing some more drawings soon and taking some more time on these once photoshop and my new iMac come in so there should be some real improvment. Thanks again for the comment and critique!
