Okay. So today, when I was watching videos, every few seconds, the video freezes and makes an electric noise, then plays again. It's starting to really bug me. Do any of you guys know how to stop this?

What browser are you using?

I had a problem with Chrome and Flash Player, where videos would become annoyingly stuttery. By getting Chrome to run on my computer's Flash Player rather than the crappy "Pepper Flash" plugin it has, the videos played normally.

Now I just have this problem where videos sometimes restart part-way through.

Type "chromelugins" (without "") into the URL bar, click on the "Details" text on the top-right of the screen, and look for the entry "Adobe Flash Player" (high chance it's at the top). Are there two entries under Adobe Flash Player that both say Shockwave Flash?* Disable the one that has \PepperFlash\ in its path, as that's Chrome's crappy Flash Player plugin. Restart Chrome, and you're back is business! (hopefully)

*If there's only one entry, but it's still that damn PepperFlash plugin, disable it, download the newest version of Flash Player and install it to your computer, restart Chrome once it's installed, and you should be back in business! (I can't quite remember, but you may have to re-disable the PepperFlash plugin again...I'm not overly sure)
