Description Most people hate spiders. I like to see their reactions when they see spiders. Though, this spider is a gentle giant, so people shouldn't have anything to worry about.

*The girl on the side is how I used to draw humans. She is also for scale.

I'd probably still be afraid of this spider though...Β

I personally don't hate spiders- They are part of this world and deserve to live just like anyone else, however I am always afraid of them-especially when they have way too long legs because I often get the feeling it makes them faster and I am a bit "paranoid" on that matter because I always think they would harm me in a certain way (although I am fully aware they would never do that)-but it's not just spider I have this fear with- this goes for many small animals.

I like that you are being reasonable towards spiders! ^.^ Most people don't give them a chance. Fast spiders are rather terrifying; it's a good thing this spider is rather slow. I'm really cool with black spiders, but if I see a red spider or a brown spider, or even a daddy long legs spider, I internally scream, lol. Some tiny animals can carry quite a punch.

It's always depending on the spider yeah- I could deal with a little one but the bigger it gets and the almoner the legs, chances are I will jump away (and screech a bit while doing so). Gosh, daddy long legs are kind of the worst (for me) due to their tiny body and these stick legs... I have a house spider near the window and it is just staying there for some time- as long as I know where it is and that they aren't in my way directly I am pretty fine with them as long as they don't disappear without me seeing it.

I don't like too small spiders, but I don't like spiders bigger than my thumb. Though, I kind of like tarantulas.Β

*Shivers at the thought of daddy long legs*Β

Well, as long as it stays in it's spot, it shouldn't be an issue.Β

I can't rest or sleep if I see a spider in one spot and then it disappears right after I look away. Gotta know where it is.

What I also really don't like are gnats (these terrifying huge hybrids of long-legged spiders and mosquitos)- They are technically absolutely harmless but still if one of these flies around you you can get a heart attack- I would always have to leave the room and hope it's gone- If I see it flying in the room I couldn't close my eyes for one Β second.

Gnats are gross.

I'm kind of glad I don't see them often cause I don't go out much when I don't need too.

My problem is that my window is almost constantly open during the summer, so that my plants can get some fresh air and that it gets a cooler in here and so gnats tend to come in every now and then (at least I had only one his summer)

Ah, fresh air in a your own room is the best. Good thing for only one. Easy to get rid of just ONE. lol
