And then I got busy with life AND THE ONLY THING I NEEDED TO DO TO FINISH IT WAS TO COLOR IN FREDDY'S MASK. how do you make the emojis public?

First you need to make one.
Note: Make sure it is 50x50.
Then put it in the Customization / Emoticons / Chat Friendly Emotes / Medium - up to 50x50 / Static
If it is not a moving emoji and it is 50x50.
And there you go.
It will take a bit of time for it to show up for people to use it.
Tip is to give it a name that not a lot of people use. Like how my names for my emojis are somewhat not used.
I am going to do a how to on this very soon. :3
