Pretty major spoilers for Red vs Blue.So Grif quit. He left. He just freaking left. Like, I know why he left for the sake of the actor, but like, I didn't expect it to hurt as much as it did. I suppose I'll be drawing Grif until I figure out how to stop missing him. Dang, I never thought I'd be missing Grif of all people.
This was drawn without a reference, so I apologize for any discrepancies.
I'm still incredibly puzzled over why I'm feeling feels over someone like Grif!

His actor was on vacation, so there was a theory that this happened so he could better enjoy his time off. He's back now. ^^

It might be because he has a good reason for leaving. for most of the series he has been dragged into every situation that happen without his consent. now he finally has a chance to be happy and then suddenly, Church (who is responsible for most of said situations) comes back and everyone is quick to start another adventure. Its at this moment Grif realizes that he doesn't like any of them( especially Church who as previously stated is responsible for most of his adventures). he doesn't want Church to ruin his well earned retirement.

Well, of course, but that doesn't mean it hurt any less. I can understand the motivation, but it was still pretty selfish of him. Of course, things worked out in the end, as things always do.
