I've done it! I've made a ref sheet for my favorite piglin OC :] This is TB. He has a very complex backstory. I'll probably explain more of it as I draw more of him. He has a fish wife (a siren) and I have yet to draw her reference sheet.

He was born in the Nether as a regular piglin child. There was nothing particularly special about him. He was introverted and preferred books to socializing. He would skip most of the traditions the other piglin children were being taught and instead read about ancient battles and fighting techniques. When he was 10, the Blood God, an ancient Nether God of the piglins, came to him and said he showed promise. They offered the position of the Blood God's Champion to the young piglin and promised fame and victory in every battle. TB would never taste death. The foolish piglin accepted the deal and bound himself to the Blood God. It was both a blessing and a curse, as he was filled with the knowledge of previous champions and their ghosts screamed in his head.

At age 11, he challenged the current Piglin King for the crown, which the king could not decline even if TB was very young. He was faced with a strong, scarred piglin brute, and even though TB was half his size, he still managed to win the fight with only a large wound down his back. The wound should have killed him, but healers on standby gave him a strong potion so they would not be kingless. They smoothed out the grooves in his golden piercing and declared him the King of Piglins at 11 years old.

Over the years, he fought and killed many piglins who challenged his rule as king. None succeeded and eventually they stopped trying to overthrow him. He would go to different bastions in the Nether and help them defend against Overworld invaders. Word got around that there was some kind of Piglin Boss in the Nether. A group banded together and set out to capture it and bring it to the Overworld to see what would happen. If they succeeded, they would keep it and watch it fight for entertainment. They caught TB off guard and knocked him unconscious. His pact with the Blood God kept him from zombifying in the Overworld and he became a fighter in an arena made for mobs and hybrids to fight Players.
