Description
You jump back as you saw a vending machine coming your way. It made a huge crash as it landed a couple metres away from you. You sigh loudly but smiled anyway as you knew who threw it in the first place. You jumped as you heard a familiar voice near you.

“IZAAAAAYAAA! Come back here, you damn flea! I’m going to kill you!” a certain blond haired man said, stomping past you.

“Hey, Shizu-chan. That’s not very nice. That vending machine almost hit my poor ________. You should apologize,” a raven haired man said. You knew him well. As well as Shizuo, the guy who threw the vending machine. “And that poor vending machine! What did that machine ever do to you?”

“IZAYA! You’re dead!” Shizuo said. He stopped in front of you. “Sorry, _________. I didn’t mean to throw that near you. You know how much I hate Izaya!” You smiled at Shizuo.

Before you knew it, Izaya hugged you and gave you a quick kiss on the lips. You pushed him away, as you couldn’t be bothered telling him off since he always did it to you. However, you did know that it really made Shizuo angry.

“IZAAAAYAAA!!! Get you damn hands off ________!” Shizuo shouted. “You shouldn’t do that to her! It just looks so weird coming from you!”

“A pervert? Me? Says the one that throws vending machines all day! And is that a bit of jealousy coming from Shizu-chan? Do you want a kiss too?” Izaya asked, giving Shizuo the kissy face. Shizuo looked disgusted and glared at Izaya.

“Why would I want a kiss from you? That’s disgusting! Leave that dirty stuff to Erika!” Shizuo said, looking as if he was going to go off again like a bomb. “And I’m not jealous! Definitely not jealous of you!”

“What about a kiss from _________? I bet you want to kiss her!” Izaya said.

“No! Of course not!” Shizuo said, then remembering you were standing right there and he thought you might feel offended. “I mean, yes! Wait, no… Yes… I said yes… wait…” You laughed as Shizuo got all flustered. “Sorry, ________”

“It’s fine! Now you can go and kick that bastard's butt,” you said, looking at Izaya. You then looked back at Shizuo, knowing what was going through your mind. You both nodded at each other and smiled at Izaya.

“What are you two doing? Why are you smiling at me like that? You guys are thinking, aren’t you?” Izaya asked. Without saying anything, you and Shizuo ran towards Izaya, scaring the poor guy. He quickly ran through the busy streets, you and Shizuo following right behind him. The three of you were running and running past through the busy crowds of Ikebukuro, earning a couple of mutters from the people you almost tripped over.

“_________? I know you are my favourite human, but you shouldn’t chase me around so much. You might become a mini minion of Shizu-chan. And I don’t want that to happen. You belong to me!” Izaya called over his shoulder. You shook your head.

“I don’t belong to anyone!” You panted. “Don’t call me your favourite human! That’s just weird!”

“IZAYA!!! Stop running! And let me kill you!” Shizuo shouted loudly. Izaya just laughed and turned the corner. You and Shizuo turned the corner and stopped right in your tracks. He was gone. How could that be? That damn bastard.

“That damn flea! Where is he? Dammit! Kill kill kill kill kill kill KILL!” Shizuo muttered pacing around in circles. You laughed and just hugged Shizuo.

“Shizu-chan! I haven’t seen you in ages!” You said happily. You hugged Shizuo’s waist. You and Shizuo were great friends since forever. Even though, Shizuo hated Izaya, you have grown a liking to him. After all, Izaya had saved you from the Yellow Scarves once. They wanted to just steal some money from you and were about to beat you when you refused. Luckily, Izaya was nearby and had rescued you. You didn’t know if he was just stalking you or was just there in coincidence.

“Yeah, yeah. I know. Well, it’s getting late. Shall I walk you home?” Shizuo asked. You nodded and thanked him.
The two of you walked in a comfortable silence as you walked across the sidewalk, hearing your shoes go against the sand. Soon, you reached to your apartment where you stayed on the 10th floor.

“Thanks, Shizu-chan! That’s really sweet of you to walk me home!” You said, hugging Shizuo one last time. Shizuo didn’t mind your hugs, he just didn’t want to hug you back, because he thought he might crush you.

“It’s no problem. After all, the Yellow Scarves could be out. You don’t want to be attacked,” Shizuo said, rubbing the back of his neck. You smiled at him and kissed him on the cheek. He blushed a bit but it goes unnoticed because of the darkness.
“Thanks again! And goodnight!” You said as you entered your apartment room. Shizuo nodded and walked away.

“It’s fine,” he said. While you were out of sight, he softly touched his cheek. “I can’t like her, right? Nah, that’s not possible,” but he knew that but he tried to deny it. He didn’t want to ruin a great friendship. It was one of the only ones that he really liked. Kyohei didn’t hang out with him so often anymore, Shinra was definitely off the list, Celty, he actually liked having around, that Masaomi guy was okay, but he was better off with Mikado and Anri. And there was no way in hell was Shizuo was going to be friends with Izaya. And also, he didn’t want to hurt you because of his incredible strength.
“Damn, kid. Going and messing with my feelings,” Shizuo joked with himself as he walked back to where he was going to meet Tom.

You sighed as you fell face first into you bed. You knew you liked Shizuo but how can you bring yourself to like him? And plus, you were pretty sure he didn’t like you back.

“Dammit… Why?” You muttered to yourself.

“Why what?” A familiar voice said behind you. You looked behind you and jumped as two arms wrapped around you.
