I did do several cgs before this, but they were all practice. Here is mein first serious attempt.First off... this was supposed to be for Al' thanking her for the picture she drew me. XD That picture really did make me feel better~ If you haven't seen it, look at it or die. T___T; Um..
THe picture came out like crap. The canvas was too small so I couldn't fit Takato in. XD;; Thus, the bird. Urgh. I went highlight happy on Mariko's hair.
; I'm going to shade it less so that the shading stays consistant throughout the whole pic. THe shading on her clothes got messed up, obviously. As did the color choice. T____T;; DARGH. I really hate this so much. I gotta work on folds. Pathetic. Really... hate this. Oh, not only could I not come up with a background... but I gaev up. So it all worked out so well.

oh well....i still think it's amazing TwT i really like nine~ and your anatomy is really good :3 and i'm sorry i couldnt help you with the colors for mariko xD *hides* cging is a pain, but for your first serious attempt, this is damn good.
