Uranus is the brother of Neptune, he’s a sneaky trickster, who pulls pranks to get a laugh. He also persuasive in a lot of way, whether that be for himself or his own opinion. Uranus is a butthole, he interrupts and messes things up on porpoise. While Neptune looks down upon him, Pluto want to reunite the two.
