Neptune and Pluto are back, and better than ever ^w^

Before I was always trying a bit too hard to make my Planet guys more normal, kinda human-like. (I don’t know) it wasn’t until the last time I drew Neptune and Pluto that I realized that this concept that I’m working with is inherently silly and over the top. So I decided to redesign these guys again with more out there. I do wanna do everyone else soon, not just these two.

I experimented a bit with their outfits, not wanting to fall into old habits with designing clothes. I’m going all in on the cartoonish proportions and strange designs. I don’t wanna hold back! I’m gonna go all in.

Personality-wise, these two are the same. Neptune is as self-centered, ego-driven, and cruel as he always is, though with a heart cold as ice that is only melted by his little bro, Pluto. Who is also still kind and compassionate yet oblivious and somewhat childish.

I definitely wanna do more with this concept. So I would appreciate the support, and maybe some feedback and suggestions, if you are interested ^^
