Hello friend! I'm commenting from projectcomment.deviantart.com ! Though some other people share my advice, just like the other ProjectComment comment(s). However, I have some advice that some others may have not mentioned. So, here we go!

What I love:
#1- The "wings". This has a good looking design to it. In some ways, it looks 3D, though it isn't.
#2- The background. The background doesn't look bland. What I'm talking about is a plain blue/black background. Though this really doesn't matter much, it looks a lot cooler, and has a "pop".
#3- The heart. Though there are a few things I would change in the heart, it seems empty without it.

What I would improve:
#1- The watermark. Unfortunately, I have no suggestions for this one. It makes your art look a little worse, but what is more horrible are art thieves.
#2- The heart. With the heart, I would suggest drawing it to make it look like a crystal. Also, if you don't want the art's spotlight/main attraction to be the heart, I would make it the same as the blue theme.

I've already gotten to like this design due to its vibrant blue coloring. Blue happens to be my favorite color, along with purple. Having it contrast a black background just makes it better.

Its design very much reminds me of wings that are spread out, like a bird taking flight. I imagine that being a inspiration for it.
Reading your short description, I can see that you wanted the design to also be similar to the letter "V". 

There's only two things in your drawing that I dislike.
The first one is the most obvious one. That watermark. Stands out like a sore.
The second thing is the heart. It has a blue color that doesn't fit in with the rest of the design. An intentional choice was made to make it stand apart but I think it ended up looking worse for it. Having it in the same vibrant blue with white high lighting would have made it look much better.

Love the design! It caught my eye, the colour really stands out. The sharp edges make the design look more powerful but the heart adds some softness to it. An interesting contrast.
