While, Zim says irkens don't need sleep, I'm pretty sure they can as a whole, I mean Zim himself was sleeping at some point (can't remember when)

They're all snug as a bug in a........ Pillow(s). 
It's super awesome that Dib is totally out of it along with GIR, Piggy and Mini-Moose, but Zim is just starting to wake up, seeming to notice the "unwanted" company.

Maybe Zim was cold and his uniform was warped into another dimension while attempting to send Dib into it. Yes, This is defiantly how the shirt ended up on him. I am a genius...
