(The Boys vs DC)Connections :
- Two soldiers who work with a team of criminals (The Boys and The Suicide Squad)
- Both would betray these teams in some way
- Both have daddy issues which turned them into who they are (Peacemaker’s dad being the original Peacemaker and training him to be his successor meanwhile Soldier Boy’s dad called him a disappointment leading to his assholeishness in the present)
- Both despite having the label of superheroes are far from heroic and will do anything to complete their mission even if that means killing people
- Both are sort of like Dark reflections of the typical patriotic superhero trope (notably Captain America)
- Both originated from comics but are most well known for their live action adaptations
