I have been looking for a report button or something like that to report spammers.

I took the time to create a ticket, post a link to the page, and direct the staff to the offending content (using my comment as a landmark of sorts). It's the only way I've found that will get them to remove spam accounts. You can't just report users who lure people to their pages with llamas and favorites, you have to show them actively spamming.
