This is a quote from a beautiful story written by a friend of mine. The story is set in the Renaissance era and is about a young woman who struggles to free herself from the bond between her and the man she loves (who also happens to be her sworn enemy). The quote comes from a poem that is given to the girl in the story. I spent forever on this picture and am finally finished! I didn't really do it in a renaissanceish way, but my own way. I think its one of the best drawings I have ever done and I'm very proud of myself at the moment. Enjoy!
