Hello! I have a question about the sketch cards you sell on ebay. What are the legalities of selling pictures of characters from copyrighted movies? Do you have the permission of Lucas studios to sell these, or do you not need it as you are only selling one copy of your original artwork? I'm asking this from an artists perspective. I have also draw characters from movies and once had a request to purchase one of my pieces, but I wasn't sure on the legality of selling it.
If this is to long of a question to answers here, is there a website or something you could link me to which explains things?

I think as long as it is an original and you are not selling copies or prints it is legal. I have been doing it for years now, and no one has ever told me not to, and many other people do it as well. Hope this helps a little, and good luck to you!
