her body structure is very fluid, a nice allusion to her original mermaid form. faning her dress out to imitate fins was a great touch as well

This is a magnificent picture, very well-drawn and shows a lot of talent.
I say this in order to try and lessen the blow of what I'm about to say.
I don't like Ariel as a character. Never have. I found her to be a massive irritation, even when I was a kid.

Well done! (Faves and recommends) I definitely agree that this is a great way of translating the mermaid appearance into a human clothing set - Ariel definitely looks like she's ready to let loose! Speaking as a guy, I definitely think that pose, including that expression, the fact that her eyes her closed and the fact that her leg is showing like Jessica Rabbit's are definitely going to make heads turn as if they were on strings.
