Because I found out today that you can use the TM61 Will-O-Wisp on Gardevoir.
One of the few psychic types that can use this ghastly move, pun intended.

And the sinister blue flames really bring out something awesome of Gardevoir.

Again, Most Gardevoir are way too nice and caring in my head to actually use this move.
Bonnie is perfect for te move, in my personal opinion.

Also, I love how I managed to make the eyes look.
And the flames
