Updates:
9/2/2022: Used better icons for them, added Announcer and the character speaker boxes to the actual list and moved Snowball from Least Favorites to Bad.

Favorites:
Gelatin: I personally enjoy Gelatin in all of his appearances, even in BFB. He's the whole picture to me. Good voice and is smart, friendly, helpful, laid-back and entertaining. Easily my favorite character on the show. I wish he won BFB.

Tennis Ball: Favorite of the first season. He is clumsy, but likeable. He's another entertaining character and is quite intelligent. (Don't get mad at me Leafy fans, but I wished Tennis Ball lasted more in the first season.)

Ruby: Really adorable, honestly the cutest character on the show. Another funny character that I enjoy.

Great:
Coiny: While I enjoyed him in BFDI, BFDIA improved him greatly. He's quite the manipulative antagonist in that season and I'm all in for it. He was also great in BFB too and I enjoy his relationship with Pin.

Pin: Another improved character. She is a very self-aware type of person with many layers as a character and is definitely one of the smartest.

Flower: I despised her in BFDI. She was incredibly annoying. She improved a little in BFDIA, and sky-rocked to one of my favorites in BFB. She's very entertaining to watch and you can tell, she has developed a lot. While I still wished Gelatin won, I'm not upset she took the win. I was satisfied.

Eraser: Re-watching BFDI, Eraser grew on me. He's the guy who just does not care about anything and does get a few funny moments here and there.

Bubble: I enjoy her personality, even in BFB. (Say what you will about her being whiny in that season, but at least she managed to call Match out on her behavior towards her with Fanny's help). Also, coolest voice and accent, period.

Good:
Blocky: I enjoy Blocky. He's one of the funnier mean characters. I enjoy his "Funny Doings" and he did improve in BFB and is another character that developed.

Donut: I disliked him at first, but he grew on me a bit in BFB. (God I feel like I'm repeating myself, many of these characters improved)

Leafy: She was sort of boring in BFDI to be honest, I felt bad that she was excluded in BFDI 25 over a ferris wheel. (Thanks for that Firey.... |:C) She was mostly entertaining to watch in BFB and I did enjoy her and Firey's decent relationship during the second half of that season.

Teardrop: Best silent character hands down! At least she does more than just sit around. Plus, she is a really awesome character in later episodes.

Pencil: I enjoyed her in BFDI, but she did become very annoying and unlikeable in earlier episodes of BFDIA. That being said, she is becoming very amusing in more recent episodes of that season and she is honestly pretty enjoyable now and even became a bit better in BFB.

Pen: Sort of boring, (honestly pretty overrated) but he is pretty cool.

Needle: Didn't think much of her in the first season (either because of her early elimination or the fact she recycled lines which was somewhat annoying), but she has gotten better for me. She got new dialogue in BFDIA, and she is a better character in my opinion. Also, she is sort of cute.

Yellow Face: Sort of entertaining (Maybe it's because of his voice) but I wouldn't call him hilarious. His design is amusing, I'll give him that.

Announcer: Sort of entertaining, although the budget cuts gag got boring.

Firey: A very on and off character for me. I liked him in the first season up until BFDI 25, which made me dislike him. He also got blander in BFDIA and just became a background character. Why was he even in BFDIA when he already won BFDI, I have no idea. During the first half of BFB, he was as bland as ever. But starting in "Who Stole Donut's Diary?" I found myself enjoying him again once he and Leafy made up. Their relationship is honestly fairly sweet. Overall, Firey's positive traits only barely keep him out of the Okay and Bad section.

Okay:
Golf Ball: Re-watching BFDI, I sort of liked Golf Ball. She is fairly annoying in the second season, and BFB didn't really improve her, especially with her treatment to Grassy.

Book: If this was just BFDIA, she would have been in the favorites section. But in BFB, she kept assuming Taco abandoning their team and that was degrading. (I get she was trying to protect Ice Cube as a friend, but liked Pin said in BFDIA, Book kind of does make decisions for her and does not really let her think for herself.) I'm willing to cut Book some slack as her saving Ice Cube and Taco from the lava brought her score up quite a bit, and she and Taco seem to be on decent terms now.

Match: Basically the same as Pencil, only I hated her more in BFDIA because she cheated her elimination and her voice was very annoying.

Nickel: I prefer him so much more in Inanimate Insanity, but that's another story. Here, he's just very bland and complains a lot.

Bomby: He is becoming slighty better and is more active now. His voice is still very annoying to me.

Ice Cube: Was decent in the first seasons, but BFB raised her score up a bit and she is very adorable.

Mediocre:
Spongy: Liked in BFDI, was boring in BFDIA, was indirectly the cause of many character deaths in “Don’t Dig Straight Down”, overall puts him here. I do sympathize with Spongy a bit, but still. He is fairly boring most of the time.

Woody: Quite annoying in the first season and his voice was irritating. He got slightly better BFB, but that wasn't enough to make me like him. He's sort of cute I guess?

Rocky: Was really only great in the first season, but has gotten boring to watch since he does little to nothing. Even after he got his vomit back in IDFB, it didn't really make much of a difference. (Fun Fact: Rocky used to be my favorite the first time I watched this show years ago.)

Puffball: Even before BFDIA 5e, I didn't really care for her. She was fairly bland. She has an awesome voice though!

Bad:
Snowball: A complete jerk and not an entertaining one like Blocky. He abuses people, he is an idiot, has an annoying voice, and is just very dang annoying! Easily the worst from the first season. (I hated Flower more in that season, but at least she got miles better.) The only reason he’s not in the least favorites anymore is because he is a little more tolerable in BFB and seems to be getting better in TPOT.

Fries: I just find Fries pretty annoying and isn’t an enjoyable grump like Eraser, plus I find his voice pretty irritating to be honest.

David: He is very annoying. All he does is say "Aw Seriously?" far too much. I get that's his character, but it's not a good one.

Least Favorite:
Dora: WHAT WAS THE POINT OF THIS CHARACTER!?! At least characters like Snowball and Fries had something of a personality! DORA IS JUST NOTHING BUT A BLAND, UNAMUSING, RIDICULOUS WASTE OF SPACE! Thank god she got second eliminated in BFDIA and she left over Lollipop in BFB!
