I'm gonna try to draw all three of Rapha's "sisters" as I:~ Redesign them
They've been neglected for a long time
~ Give them new weapons
Only Rapha keeps her original sais cuz she's been out on her own for a long time. Instead, she gained a magical ability.
~ Define their personalities
In 17 years, Rapha has evolved far beyond a total clone of Raph
The others must, too.As I promised *CallistoHime
I drew Lea first and colored her very quickly. I gave her a bow cuz that's my sis's fave weapon, but maybe I should have given her a ball and chain

ot bad, might i suggest though that you make their names be....not total replicates of their counters names? They could have original names ya know, or even have names after female warriors (like Joan or Xena or whatever).
Otherwise though, she's very cool. I like the bow and arrow too.

Well, you see, I'm completely aware of the crappiness of their names, but I've had them since I was 12 (17 years ago) and now I can't see changing them, especially since one is my online handle for everything I've ever done in my online life

LOL, when I was 12 I just looked at something and randomly said something and it made the name, XD.
That's how my character, Kalana's, name was made. Same with the first fake Pokemon whose name (Coshea) just kinda randomly went off my lips, XD.
But don't get me wrong, lea's name sounds pretty and all and so does Raphaela, but it just kinda bugs me that they're so similar to their counterparts, it's just a little bit like the Animaniacs fans who make counterparts with the same name style as the originals. I understand your desire to not change them though, I went through the same thing when it came to redesigning my recolored Sonic characters (whom I "made" when I was like....10 I guess).

It bugs me, too x.x I'm embarrassed by it everytime I think about the horror that it is.... especially 'Chelle's full name... It makes me shiver

Heh. You may one day decide to change their names, you can still have the pictures with their original names, just as I have sprites i made years ago of Kalana with her old, Tails recolor look.
