Static Shock is an amazing Show. The reason I love static as a hero is that he's relatable to everybody and You understand what he's going thought.

I'm glad that show was so successful and in the comics, he's amazing too. I love everything about that tv show, the soundtrack, the intro, the important themes and society issues used in the story. It's amazing to have black super heroes on tv, it brings so much more to the characters.

I'm brazilian, never heard Static in English. Don't even know how he sound like.

But I do appreciate original voice acting. Like Mark Hamill as Joker, Kevin Conroy as Batman, stuff like that. I don't rewatch everything in English. There are some shows I've only seen with my language.

Someday... Who knows ? It would be perfect. DC has all the rights to their characters on one studio. Warner can do whatever they want, they're just getting started, should have made so many movies by now.
