Description
*Drum roll Please!*I am proud to present: My very first Real attempt of coloring my work with Photoshop CS4!! (Da dada daaaa~!)
With this pic, I learned how to use these tools: Smudge, and the Opacity aspect of the Paint Brush...therefore being able to create smooth transitioning between the shading, both in her hair and especially in her skin and dress.
I couldn't quite figure out how to go about shadowing the bottom area of her dress, so I left it one shade. I might come back and add the shading later, once I become good at photoshop, but I think i did a great job on her...especially considering its my first attempt! ^_^
Note to viewers: I have no previous classes, have seen no tutorials, nor knew how to do anything in photoshop, before coloring this pic, other than the Magic Select tool!
I went straight from MsPaint to Photoshop CS4...between the 2 programs, there's a HUGE difference in all of the tools, and how they work...about the only tools that are the same, are the paint brush, and paint bucket...
So it's amazing that I even got the coloring and shading this good, considering all the info stated above.
With that said: Bad Critiques Discouraged! ty ^^
I know what I did wrong, just donno how to fix it, yet...so I'm already researching tutorials on how to color my LineArt, and such...
Here's the LineArt: [link]

This pic, and coloring (c) Me!
[Update] This has been moved to scraps, for the fact I am Now working on a re-color, shown here: [link]

Great work! I like your take on her, and of course, her breasts look suitably gorgeous!
Not to repeat, but the below poster is right...she's copyright Touchstone Pictures/Disney, not Warner Bros.

yeah its because of the way the hair was drawn...
like that popular phrase goes: "I'm not bad, im just drawn that way" rings true on more than one level

She's not bad. She wasn't drawn that way, and she definitely wasn't colored that way.
And if memory serves, the rights to her are with Touchstone Pictures.

Well, Disney does own Touchstone. Still, it's a mess so far as copyrights are concerned.

ah, I also have CS3, which I plan on testing up against CS4, simply to see what the differences are. I've never had any other photoshop, so idk what CS2 is like.

i've ever had CS3 haha
it seems that CS2 has less features (no 3d stuff like CS4) but more buttons from what i seem to see... other than that, the menus and interface seems more customisable... possibly just my tastes really... sticking with what i am good at haha

actually, if you go do a bit of research, she is actually owned and published by WB. Disney couldn't even begin to have any rights to her.
