It goes a bit too fast I think. Maybe you should have a pause when the wolf is surprised, before it hides, so we can see its reaction better.

They're not that bad, really. If you ever want to perfect yourself in animation, a good book I can suggest you is Richard Williams' The Animator's Survival Kit.
