my entry for 's contest, which is to draw one of her 3 main dragon characters.

.....it took me more than a week to color Ara alone with colored pencil. and the scanner promptly ruined it, as always.

i apologize for the errors on some of Ara's feathers. i gave him too many down his tail. and he has too many floting balls. FORGIVE ME.

overall, it took a good 2 weeks to draw this because i tried to put a good amount of effort into it. (dunno why i bother, the scanner always kills it anyway. it looks much better in real life.)

...anyways, since Ara is the god of spring, i made him making some kind of blossom bloom or something and surrounded by nature. xD;

personally, i'm not very satisfied with it, but i hope you like it. xD;
