I couldn't think of a title. xD;My latest little ballpoint pen drawing. Took way longer than it should of, I'm one hell of a procrastinator.
It's basically just a weird concept I had of a skeletal horse and rider that are conjoined. Basically, it's all one creature, and the upper humanesque torso is the actual main body. Think of the horse part as its legs. Horse skulls are neat. And The guts are mostly just for the gore factor, lol.
That axe kinda sucks. And the flames in red ballpoint pen in the back were mostly just to take up all the white space that kept annoying me. xD;
...I really hate the kids at school, who even managed to make dirty jokes about this. FML.
Ah well, enjoy. (I don't think a mature blocker is needed. Do you?)

I don't think it needs a mature tag, looks somewhat gruesome but no one is getting hurt so I figure people can live with it.
anyway excellent job on this design, the concept is quite neat and you pulled it off rather well. nice job on the horse's skull especially :3 me likes it.

Oooh,I saw something like this on Castlevania game. That was a pretty interesting beast. You've more or less drawn the exact same thing,but this is still so much better.

Question: Do you draw everything you do with a pen first,or do you not trust yourself and use pencil first and then trace over it with a pen?

It depends. Sometimes, it just starts out as a pen doodle and gets finished, or I sketch it out first. This one was sketched first 'cause I didn't trust myself to make it look right in pen.

Ah,I see. I usually sketch my drawings first before I go over them in pen. But the annoying thing is having to erase the messed up pencil lines and having those annoying nearly erased lines show up on the drawing. Know what I'm talking about? This was good for a sketch drawing. I can't even see any pencil marks or the like on it at all,so not bad at all.
Did you ever use pastels before? That's what I'm using in my art class now. I'm currently working on a pastel wolf. It's about halfway done and I'm excited on the end result.

Ah,me neither when I got my hands into it. But it's a project I must do for a grade in my art class. Oh well,I have to make sacrifices to pass! lolz
So far it's going quite well. It's better than I expected it to be. The mouth is going to be a pain,BUT I'll manage. I'll submit it on here when it's complete. :3
