personally I think this is what neo metal sonic should have upgraded to as the final boss of sonic heroes instead of the giant flying dinosaur he was in the actual game, this would have been cooler and he would have destroyed Sonic for SURE with an arsenal of weapons like that

Yes the Name/Age/and Species applies correctly and that's all that matters. The rest is void to the contest, so if you're picky about this character only working for Robotnik instead of Deux of Chains you can reconsider submitting him.
