you should be able by using the button on the top right, it look like this ;
then you right click on it a "save this image"

How do I use the fill tool on it? It fills the whole canvas. I know you answered this question for someone else, but I didn't understand.

there's a couple spots where the lineart breaks so you have to connect those lines before using the fill tool

It makes the whole canvas black in Paint Tool SAI ;_;
