Description
I finished it~ Tis colored entirely with colored pencils
I like how it came out kinda. But when I inked it again with my good pens, some lines went haywire and messed up a few spots 
Also, I didn't have a color reference with me when I did this so there are mistakes in the hair, and the inner foot-balls are suppossed to be black 
All that, and I had already forgot the arms brackets, so sorry Sagi-chan! Please forgive me~~~ 
....now that I look again the face seems a bit too chubby, must have shaded the cheeks wrong Border and gray bg was added digitally
If I fiddle with it some day and make a better background this version will be moved to scraps....

Lol! I bet its cause of those evil eyes... Or the hair, did Freeza have hair? I've never drawn freeza before, I know of him from when I used to watch the show...but I can't for the life of me remember what he looks like now!
