This is Belka. One of the Russian dogs that went into space. She's awesome.This picture is also based on the Russian cartoon version of Belka "Space dogs"
(Actually, I'm not sure if it's a Russian cartoon, but I'm just assuming so!)

Да, мультфильм был выпущен в России и смотреть рекомендую его именно на русском языке, потому что в процессе перевода убрали очень много оригинальной музыки и подобрали не совсем удачные голоса, как я считаю
