i cant participate in any project at this moment due to my exams but if anyone want to use the concept to create a music player, i can't see any harm in that, with preservation of the copyrights of course...

Wow, I would love to see this made into a working app - if at all possible.
Really nice concept! 
(although i'd make the skip track/play/repeat etc. buttons larger - or a sort of pop-up - like the drop-down thing at the top bar with "wi-fi, blutooth,silent".)
But yeah - lovely concept!
