Minato has been long retired but brought the costume back for Issu since she wanted to cosplay Elizabeth. She did a awesome job making the dress, the hat and modded boots.Loan her the wig from my Elizabeth cosplay

Cute! The wig could fit a little better, but the dress, hat, and gloves look great! My favorite part is the shoes though~ They look fantastic!
