This is spectacular! With lots of dazzling effects, the power that these two present is amazing. The colours and shading look amazing. I especially love the texture you added to different areas(Celestia's wing). The background also looks wonderful, with a bright moon and sky in full view.
This is EPIC beyond compare.

I love how you did Nightmare Moon's mane, it has a translucent form about it with the crystal-like stars as a nicely added touch. There's a lot about the styles of both characters here that really stand out and blend very well together, most notably the facial expressions, particularly the eyes and eyelashes.
