Whew! I've been working on this thing on and off in between obligations ever since I got the main ref done. I was originally going to make the background a bit fancier, but my computer started acting up because of the file size so I just left it like that. It still serves its purpose

MAN did I have to work for some things in this sheet! That gala dress design, the right colors for the rainbow power, the watery parts of the wet mane look... but they all came out decent so I'm relatively happy :3 The gala dress is based off of her necklace design ^^
I also like her speed trail, I think it's quite cute :3 I don't think I'll be using it a lot though, Rhymey is not a very fast flyer and only really flies fast if she's in a great hurry.
