Description phew i am glad to have finished this one.. too much hair lol.. it was fun doing a graphite picture again though!
this was done on bristol smooth with mechanical pencils
size a4
Im thinking my next graphite drawing will be a tiger
oh and yay for my new scanner! much better than trying to take a photo!

That is so amazing! It looks so pretty and realistic! i've always found fur and hair to be especially hard, but you did it perfectly. I can't wait to see a tiger if you do that next!

Super nice! I too thought it was a photo at first, then I really looked at the name. I like the softer kind of faded effect, the ears are really well done, and the eyes look so real - the reflection/lighting is awesome. I love tigers! Can't wait.

Glad you've come back to DA! Amazing work, the whiskers look great, although the top part of the cat looks a lot more detailed than the neck/bottom part.

thankyou yeah i was wanting a softer look for the bottom part.. sometimes if everything is too detailed it can make a picture look flatter
