This is a snow leopard created on mi tientes paper using balck and white charcoal... it was lots of fun to do.. i love charcoal !!!Related content

aww thankyou I really was trying to achieve a soft look with this one.. snow leopards have such a beautiful soft coat.. this is one of my faves of mine

how did you do that fur? did you just have to break the charcoal stick repeatedly? (to get the sharp edge)

i used charcoal powder and applied with a paintbrush then i use charcoal pencils and sticks i used sandpaper to make a sharp point when i needed it

This is so beautifully done! I did a charcoal drawing recently of a tiger, but it isn't anywhere near as good as this!

By the way, how do you keep the charcoal from blacken the rest of the paper? And make random 'irregular' lines? ><' You are being watched!

wow thankyou very much well sometimes charcoal will go where you dont want it so then you can just pick it off with some blutack .. i also place a piece of paper over my finished parts to protect them..

yes as well as powdered charoal applied with a paintbrush
