I have a question... what is the difference between this one and the "Sai" version ? (I have Paint Tool SAI, that's why I ask~)

Sorry for the late reply! ;_;
The difference is mainly that the Sai base doesn't use straight up pixels [the little squares making up the lines and whatnot of this and other pixel bases], so people using Sai/Photoshop/etc. tend to use them more. Meanwhile, the Pixel bases are ideal for people using MS Paint.
I personally use Sai and Pixel bases, though I only use the Sai program, myself.Β
