I feel like all I've been drawing lately is Sora as a lion. >_>;;; Oh well, my choice. XD

Something I've been working on once in awhile for the past week. After I get all the animation all cleaned up and close to the character model as possible (I changed his hair slightly, but does anybody REALLY care?), I'm going to color him. I referenced the animation from a little gif image of adult Simba doing the Hakuna Matata walk. Only later did I realize the timing and the animation is general is slightly different from the movie, but oh well. >_>;;!!

This animation is after I cleaned up every darn frame so it wasn't a pile of spaghetti. D: D: D: I finished the rough animation of the necklace and tail separately so I'm going to clean that up too. Woooo, I had a tough time even though I traced all the basic animation for the walking and the head movement!! Doing this exercise made me really appreciate these Disney animators for coming up with such a unique walk. XD

Oh, and the concept of follow-through. .... follow-throuuuugh. ;__; Disney people make animating follow-through look like a synch. ;______; You know how EVIL it was to animate the ears and hair to make it look like they're dragging? And that necklace? AHHHHH. It is very difficult for me to remember that when you get more detailed with animation, it's better to animate the little bits SEPARATELY instead of trying to do everything at the same time because you'll just mess up the timing baaaaadly. I am still a n00b at this.
