I think you did a really good job making it look realistic! Maybe you could try blending some hairs on the edges of the eyebrows to enforce that they are growing out of the skin or you could blend a little more of the upper part of the lip corners, because there is usually a softer shadow going up from the bottom of the upper lip that blends gradually. Nevertheless, take what I say with a grain of salt. It's still a beautiful painting!

If we're talking photo realism, I feel that the hair and eyes are what gives away that this is a painting.
Even with super dark hair, in this kind of strong side light that lock of hair next to her right eye probably wouldn't be as dark as the part that is in the shadow. It sticks out a little bit too much. Take a look at this, it has similar light, and similar lock above the eye: goo.gl/images/ceU4CS
And with the eyes, there's too much contrast between the white and the iris. Makes it look almost like some hard surface, instead of wet and flexible protein that eye is. Your style kicked in where it shouldn't.
In terms of painting, this is really nice and appealing, but in terms of photo realism – needs a bit of improvement

This is a really good painting! However the skin above the upper lip is a bit bright, it doesn't blend well with the cheeks. But damn her eyes are perfect though! The flaws are really minor and I love this piece!
