It's just a personal preference. It should be shiny, but I feel like steel doesn't reflect as much.

this one was particularly quick, usually 6-12 hrs is what it takes.
The funny thing is the less time a piece takes the more likely it is to be popular, quite bizarre and a liiittle frustrating ^^'Β
