Very simple, but also pretty coarse. Maybe you should make the dust less visible. At least, not exact same color as the menu.

oh picard102 you're my hero,
yeah I agree with this comment but want to expand a little. the clean design as positive aspects and the use of large clear photography is not uncommon in commercial designy type websites.
With regards to space, its really only using less than 25% of the page to display textual information which makes the site very image intensive which though the main target audience is probably capable of view this site as intended it, is still worth considering.
The top images its self is quite dull, and i think the design could have used a little more colour/flare. though i understand you probably want to keep it clean and simple there is a different between that and dull. Users may be returning to this site to continue to browse the many times and having 50% of there information space consumed by a picture which is purely presentational, might not be the wisest choice.
It looks from the design that there are to be thumbnails perhaps displaying goods at the bottom left of the design. I would have made more use of these images, as this is probably what will most interest the people coming to the site and to have simply holder place images doesn't really show how this space will be used.
The over all site is clean, and seems to be very well in keeping with that particular style of clothes/design site. But even though demim are trying to be cool, not all people who where demin are cool, and many of them may be turned off by the little things.

Hey mate~! I really like your picture logo. its fit the site very well and especially makes very attractive when looking on it. However i would think of changing the 'Hot items' area more differently, because I think its doesn't looks right when doing some showing new product. Make it more details for the products without adding more picture space on it.
Just my idea only....

The grey/white with the touch of green works really well too. The subtle gradient border is a nice touch too.

i really like this design, but there seems to be a lot of "trapped" white space (large chunks of white space isolated by other objects).
