Anatomy- Nice and neat, the tail seems a tad too short and the fur on their face seems a bit droopy...
Colors- The soft blues and yellows are very pretty, maybe a hint of purple or deep blue will help?
Design- I'm entranced by the sea-like ribbon, and the overall design is very pretty ^-^
Shading- since this appears to be a rough sketch (please correct me if I'm wrong), the shading seems rather simple... maybe add some brighter highlights?
Name suggestions- Aquarius, Aquatic, Water-Ribbon (I'm lazy, I know)
Overall rating- 4 stars

Hmm well I think its a great piece of art work, I really like the soft colours and they go really well together, I love the little fish and sea animals that you have added into the art work. the shading is very good and I don't really see anything "bad" with this piece of artwork. if I had to say something bad I would say maybe take away the base circles that you used for the head and torso, ect. other then that I really like this artwork. keep up the AMAZING work! also that tail thou hmm amazing
